Flambe Peppermint Crisp
Our Peppermint Crisp Flambe is part of our "Upside down" Dessert range. Warm the toffee sauce in the bottom (which is actually the top) in some hot water, Give it a minute or so and then remove the sleeve at the top were the Wafer Crumble is (which is actually the bottom) and put a plate over the tub. Turn the tub upside down onto the plate, crack the little tip off at the bottom of tub and wait for the sauce to run over and remove the tub and enjoy this delicious dessert. Serves 4 easily - but can definitely serve up to 6 people.
